Meet Celina – Your Guide to Living Your Dream
Hi! 😄 I’m Celina, career and executive coach, and host of the podcast, Live Your Dream with Celina Lee. My mission is to help people like you achieve your dream, and live a life doing what you love.
Like many people, I’ve had my share of struggles in my career. I started my career as an investment banker, and then worked as a corporate lawyer at a big law firm in NYC.
Even though it seemed like I had achieved “success” on paper, deep down, I felt that something was missing.
I worked hard to achieve the goals I thought I wanted, but I found myself unfulfilled and unhappy.
“How could I have worked so hard, done everything I thought I was supposed to, and still feel so unfulfilled?”
What went wrong?
I realized I had been running in the wrong race.
All these years, I was following someone else’s definition of success.
That realization sparked my journey toward discovering what I truly wanted. I started to give myself the permission to follow my curiosities, and to pursue interests that brought me joy and meaning—even if they had nothing to do with my job as a lawyer.
One of those pursuits was my childhood dream of writing a book, a dream many people said was impossible, including my mom.
But I proved them wrong.
Writing my book was one of the most challenging but also one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
I wrote a book about the stories of people who had the courage to achieve their dreams, and got it published in Korea. I dedicated the last chapter to the readers, and invited them to write their own dreams.
And I was overwhelmed by the response! Readers sent me their dream stories, and I wanted to help them. That’s how my community, Give One Dream, was born—which became a movement that inspires many people around the world to achieve their dreams.
Now, through my podcast, I share stories of inspiring people who had the courage to pursue their dreams, and also share the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
All my life experiences have led me to what I believe is my true calling—helping others to find meaning and fulfillment in their careers, and live their dreams.
I’ve coached thousands of professionals in diverse industries, spoken at stages and universities like TEDx and MIT, and developed my signature LOVE framework to help people get unstuck, and take action towards doing work that brings them joy and meaning.
For more than 8 years, I’ve coached a lot of people through career transitions, and learned from some of the most successful people in the world while interviewing them for my podcast and my book.
And I’ve discovered the key factors that separate people who succeed from those who remain stuck.
I know why so many are unhappy in their careers and how to help them transition into fulfilling careers, and achieve their dreams.
I’ve incorporated all my insights and lessons learned to create Live Your Dream Club to help you figure out the next step in your career, achieve your goals, and turn your dreams into reality.
