Living the life of LOVE is a commitment. By practicing LOVE daily, you will be able to live a life with joy, meaning, and love.
At the end of each day, reflect on these questions and think about or write down your answers. Answering these questions will help you to live everyday with more intention and mindfulness.
Learn About Yourself
How did my feelings today help me to learn more about myself? What did my emotions (both positive and negative) tell me about what is important to me?
Overcome Internal Obstacles
How much power did I give to my negative inner voice today? How can I be more aware of it and keep letting it go? Was I kind to myself today?
Visualize Your Success
Visualize yourself having achieved your dream and living your successful life.
Explore & Take Action
What actions did I take today to get one step closer to my goals and dreams? How well did my actions align with my goals? If they were well aligned, awesome! What made it possible or easy to take the actions? If not, what got in the way? How can I remove those obstacles? How can I do better tomorrow?
Finally, before you go to bed, please reflect on your day from morning to night and think about three things you are grateful for. It can be something small or even seem trivial to you. Feel free to write them down or you can just reflect on them if that’s easier.
I usually think about them in my bed with my lights off as I’m trying to go to sleep. This is also when I visualize myself having achieved my dream (#3 above). It is often easier to develop a habit when you pair it up with something you do everyday. Find the time and place that works for you. It may be in the morning for you. The key is to make it a habit and do it daily.
Most importantly, remember that you have to love yourself, be kind to yourself, and have self-compassion. This is the fundamental foundation of living the life of LOVE.
