I want to share with you about Loving Kindness Meditation which I talked about during our Live Your Dream Club sessions.
After learning about its many benefits, I decided to make it part of my nighttime routine.
Before going to bed, I stretch for about 5-10 minutes, and listen to Loving Kindness Meditation.
It helps me to end the day on a positive note, and to have a restful sleep.
