Assignment
1. Name your Inner Hero
Please name it like you would name a pet. You can also create a visual if that would help you.
2. Limiting Belief
1) Write your limiting beliefs.
They may be in these two forms of beliefs.
Belief that past will repeat in the future
Belief that your thoughts and interpretation are true
2) Replace your limiting belief with a new empowering belief that serves you.
Your past is not your future.
Your thoughts and interpretations may not be true.
Creating a positive relationship with yourself is the most important step in all relationships. By doing LOVE Daily Reflections daily, you can learn about yourself, overcome fear of rejections and failures, and can take action that is aligned with your values and goals. As a result, you will be able to create the life and career you love.
Find the time and place that works for you to do LOVE Daily Reflections. It’s often easier to develop a habit when you pair it up with something you do everyday, like drinking coffee in the morning. The key is to make it a habit and do it daily.
4. Name Inner Negative Voice
Please name it like you would name a pet. You can also create a visual if that would help you.
5. Rejection Challenge
Create a list of your rejection challenges. Reframing rejection as the evidence of taking action and learning to celebrate them will help you to take more action that is aligned with your goals, and will ultimately change your life.

What actions can you take to increase your Action Rating? What small actions can you take to make steps towards achieving your goals and dreams? Please remember that your actions have to be aligned with your values and goals.

Acknowledge- “It sounds like you’re really overwhelmed and feeling exhausted. That must be hard.”
Validate- “It’s totally normal and makes sense to feel that way. Anyone in the same situation would feel the way you feel. ”
